We waited for Valentines, every one was eager for that day, all ( ladies) ,had expectations of the day. We were definitely not wearing red, but it did not mean we were less enthusiastic. It was on a Furahiday which means the weekend was long and Monday definitely will be full of stories of the adventures over the weekend. Notice how time flies. Waiting for Valentines , it comes, it goes.

Monday came.
So you did not get a present over Valentine, so what? You were not taken to a fancy restaurant , so what? Don't get me wrong i enjoy being spoilt and i applaud all the good men who can afford treating their loved ones. Emphasis here is on the word afford. Appreciate the little things life has to offer. Valentines is just a day, what happens to all the other days?Don't they count? It pains to see women getting worked up for what their partners did or did not do. What did you do for Valentines? I bought myself a lovely dress. We should start hearing such stuff.
Love yourself first. The world will treat you the way you treat yourself.
Love your family, love your colleagues, love your neighbors, love your environment, love your country and above all love your God. Love is everywhere you need to take a moment and see the love that is around you and the people who care for you.
Everybody needs true friends. Those you can count on. Those who know you and can even predict your words. (Smiles). Some are just awesome. I love especially those who tell me as it is, though it may seem hard at that time but once you sleep on it, you realize it's actually true and you love them more.
Have friends who dream big, those who push you to another level. They make you see the possibilities in life.The mind is a powerful tool.
The mind is everything. What you think you will become.
Do something different, break the routine once in a while. Work on what you are passionate about. Live life, enjoy every moment. The morning phone calls that say hello, the simple hugs, the kind smiles, the helping hands, the wise words, the simple opportunities, the loving family, the good or not so good job, atleast you have one- do not let these moments pass you.
Be energized everyday to become more, to become better. The power is in you. You just have to tap it.
